Returns Policy
Our returns policy allows for a 30-day period to facilitate the exchange of an order. Therefore, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange.

Return
For the exchange to be possible, the purchased item must be in the exact condition it was received, unused, and with original packaging and tags.

Exchange
To proceed with the exchange, please contact us through our email support@byeli.pt. If your exchange is accepted, we will send a label along with all instructions on how and where to send your parcel, and the exchange will be processed. Any item sent without prior acceptance will not be exchanged.

Damages or issues
Inspect your order at the moment of receipt, and immediately get in touch with us if any item is damaged or if you receive an item that does not match your order, so that we can assess and rectify it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions & Non-exchangeable
We regret to inform you that all items on sale at the time of your purchase or gift cards are non-exchangeable items.

Refund
We will send a notification as soon as we receive the returned item and conduct an inspection of the product to approve your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please consider the time your bank may need for the refund to be processed on your card.
